Thank you for shopping at gum cuisine! We offer a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund. If you want to request a refund, contact support@gumcuisine.com.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • You have technical problems with your product and the product does not work as intended.
  • You contacted support (support@gumcuisine.com) to resolve the problem before and the problem was not resolved.
  • Your computer fulfills the requirements for the given product (only applies if requirements are specified).
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
